We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request and start the return process.

Refunds
If there is damage or an issue with the product, we will meet our requirement under to consumers guarantee act and provide a full refund or send a replacement, this will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

If you have changed your mind about the product you purchased or if it is the wrong size we will be more than happy to exchange it, if for some reason we cannot meet our obligation to you we will issue you a full refund less any freight charges.
