Shipping

At ellyjax, we're committed to reducing waste wherever possible and doing our part for the planet and future generations. That's why we use environmentally conscious packaging, including tissue paper or brown paper and recyclable courier bags.

Each garment is made to order, meaning we only create what you need while still standing by our returns and exchanges policy. Orders are dispatched from Auckland and are typically shipped within 4 working days unless otherwise stated on our website or communicated directly to you.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We use NZ Post for all New Zealand deliveries, with tracking provided for every parcel.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, it will be sent using NZ Post's targeted overnight delivery service. Delivery targets are:

Urban addresses: Overnight delivery
Rural addresses: 2-3 working days
South Island deliveries: 3-4 working days

All New Zealand orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping automatically.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia and the United States, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

If you're located outside Australia or the United States, please contact us, as we can ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates for these destinations will also be calculated at checkout.

Please note:

Any taxes, duties, tariffs, customs fees, or import charges applied by your country are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking your country's import requirements before placing an order.
If Ellyjax incurs any customs-related charges on your behalf, these costs will be passed on to you.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, it will be shipped using the service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

NZ Post International Economy Tracked (Non-Signature): 3-13 working days (available for orders under NZD $250)
NZ Post International Courier (Signature Required): 2-6 working days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only, and compensation is not available for delays that occur while parcels are in transit.

Free shipping is not available on international orders.

If prepaid duties or customs charges are required before your order can enter your country, we will contact you to arrange payment.

Collection

At this stage, we do not offer order collection or pick-up services. However, you can find us at the Tamahere Country Market on the third Saturday of each month. We’d love to see you there!
