SHIPPING
Here at ellyjax we aim for the smallest amount of wastage as possible to do our bit for our planet and for our children's future. With our packaging, we use tissue paper or brown paper sent in recycled plastic R3pack recyclable courier bags.
Garments will be created as per your order, so we only making what you want while still standing by our exchange/return policy Garments will be despatched from Auckland and shipped within 4 working days unless stated otherwise on our website or by personal notification.
Shipping within NZ
We use New Zealand Post for the delivery of our products within NZ and this includes tracking all parcels. A signature is required for delivery. Once items are ready for despatch, they will be sent on an overnight targeted delivery service. Rural deliveries are targeted between 2-3 working days. Orders going to South Island will be targeted between 3-4 working days.
All orders, $150 and above will automatically receive free delivery for NZ Orders.
Shipping outside of NZ
We currently offer shipping to Australia and the United States, pricing is calculated at the checkout and does vary,
Any Taxes, Tariffs, Duties, or custom clearances upon entry to your country are excluded from our prices and are not the responsibility of Ellyjax, these are to be paid by the end receiver, if you are unsure if this applies to you please check your country import policy prior to ordering.
Once items are ready for despatch, they will be despatched on which service is selected at checkout, delivery times are targeted as below, there is no compensation for any orders that are delayed while in transit.
NZ Post International Economy Tracked - Non-Signature 3-13 Working Days for orders under $250 NZD
NZ Post International Courier - Signature Required 2-6 Working Days
Outside of Australia and the United States, we can ship everywhere else in the world pricing is calulated at checkout.
